One of the individuals working on the printer informed me that they will be ordering a "service kit" for the printer. It is currently "out of order" and students will need to print to Armacost 1.
After Donald 'fixed' ArmRef2 yesterday, 4/7, I showed him that at least one of the front row compters was still doing the manual-feed prompt. Don said something about the little blue switches, and then 'fixed' the offending workstation. Later, Lua and I surveyed the front two rows and found at least three computers still asking for manual feed. I am going to talk to Linda about this, the need for a loaner printer when one goes down for days, and service in general.

Linda and Os were up this morning. We got at least two computers to prompt for manual feeding. As we learn more, I will post.
